How wonderful it was to have Sharon as our wedding photographer! Not only were the photos more beautiful than I could have hoped for, she brought an air of calmness and patience that we All needed on that eve. It was a last min affair and they fit us in and really took time with the family photos that We will cherish ! The cost was very reasonable as well ! Just wanted to share. Many people told me not to book this guy when I was getting married.

Stay away from this guy John who is the owner of the studio.

Total scam artist. He will take forever with your photos and videos I have heard from people that saved me from booking with him.

He just lies and lies. Totally unprofessional. All reviews you read on line about how good this studio is, is all written by John. I had one encounter with him in the studio and just left. GO somewhere else everyone, you may pay a little more but you will have trustworthy and professional people working for you. I've had 4 individuals go through his studio and all told me the same stories. He takes years to give you your videos and albums, which is total BS. I mean couples want to share their moment with their families and look back at their wedding videos on their anniversary and this studio strips you of that dream. Brides and grooms beware.

This for sure is not a competitor writing this comment and I can honestly say from many people that used your services that you take far too long to provide couples with their albums and video. I have seen your photographers work and agree that your work is very well done and looks good but when you take forever to give couples their finished albums and videos and I am talking upwards of a year or more….

Then that’s an issue.

You need to fix that part of your process John….

Sincerely saying that to you,…. As a prospective bride that was the reason I did not take on your services. I wanted my photos ASAP….

As I mentioned I did see your work online and from others albums and it is great but the fact that it took so long to receive a finished product posed problematic for me.

This is John from Glamour Me Studio Inc., no not for nothing why am I not hearing about my services and only hearing about myself and hearsay. I am a great company and the only company that produces everything in house such as: Wedding Albums, Portraits, Studio Shoots, Invitations, Makeup artist and more.

Being that I am sure that this is a competitor perhaps you should send some of your customers over to me to see how great this company really is and how I can surpass your services. It is really a shame that you would waste all your energy to try to bad mouth me. I am sorry to say that this would not happen because I get too many referrals. Send some of your customers over and let them decide for themselves.

Whatever competitor you are good luck with yourself. God doesn't like ugly, and you are definitely ugly.

my advice is to document everything with this guy.... be very conscious of everything he does.... document document everything just in case you need to take him to smalls claims court in the future.

I've heard of some persons starting a class action lawsuit against this business, just compiling all the bad customers over the years.

So many people complaining that he takes your money and takes forever with your pictures and video.

I came across glamour me one day waiting for the bus and I thought I would walk in and check it out, turns out , Me checking this place out was the best decision I made. Our videographer, Johnathan, was terrific. He was always present and never missed a beat. He didn't get in the way and wasn't too close during special moments, but everything was captured. My family loves the personal interviews, and the overall quality, the music, everything. We also used Louis and Sharon to photograph. Can't say enough about how professional everyone was and how much we love the photos we got back. They were a joyful addition to our party. Everyone loved all three of these guys. Our videographer, Johnathan, was terrific. He was always present and never missed a beat. He didn't get in the way and wasn't too close during special moments, but everything was captured. My family loves the personal interviews, and the overall quality, the music, everything. We also used Louis and Sharon to photograph. please do not do business with these people they are deceptive and stole 1500 hundred dollars because we canceled. I would have rather cancel then to do business with these thieves . John is a Puerto Rican *** I hope you and your wife get what you deserve from stealing from us you filthy animals.

This place is horrible when it comes to their business. They did exceptional work on our flowers(nothing of what you couldn't find anywhere else), but everything else was a terrible experience. We asked to speak to and meet our photographer and videograpgher well in advance before our wedding day and was given the run around as to why or when he will be available for us to meet with them(little did we know that was the start of the endless B.S. that this guy JOHN says). finally, time passed and our wedding day arrived with us meeting the photographer and videographer the day of our wedding. Not only did the photographer not speak english very well, he wasn't very nice with his attitude of taking pictures for us while all of our loved ones were excited to see us. But we must admit he did take good poses for us. after the wedding was over, we were told by JOHN that we should be receiving our finished products (album,photos,and video) in no more than 3 months time. This was an absolute LIE. My wife and I were very careful and worked quickly to send them the info they needed to complete these things. They were very slow and UNPROFESSIONAL with handling our account. Months and months had past far after our anticipated finish product time. then finally when we thought that after all this time that we were finally going to get something and be wowed by it, Everything(and I mean EVERYTHING) we received from them was either WRONG(due to their unprofessionalism), not complete, and just plain UNDONE. Even after countless attempts that we had to revise and look thoroughly through their so called "finished product" AND actually finding mistakes they still managed to do so many things wrong and/or just didn't do them at all. I would like to make it clear to everyone who is stupidly thinking to use them as a photo/video vendor, that YOU ARE MAKING A TERRIBLE MISTAKE. Due to our experience with them we will make it our very best interest to make complaints on every forum possible and spread the word that this business is not fit to run professionally. They are horrible with their service and you probably won't notice that until they have been paid their money and there would be nothing for you to be able to do about that. I would kindly but MEANINGFULLY like to say *** GLAMOUR ME STUDIOS FOR THEIR LACK OF EFFORTS IN DELIVERING GOOD SERVICE... THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF CALLING YOURSELVES A RELIABLE BUSINESS

RAVE REVIEWS FOR GLAMOUR ME STUDIOS

My husband and I booked our photography and videography package with Glamour me studios in December 2010; we were married May 25, 2013. We had a relationship with John at Glamour me Studios for over 2 years. The flow of communication over those years was amazing. We never had a problem getting in touch with John, when it came to our payments he would always provide us with an invoice after every payment, so we could keep track of all our payments. When it was time for our engagement shots we had a personal one on one shoot with John in his studio. We are still getting compliments about our engagement photos. I also worked with Sonia, Johns wife. She made all the bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding. They were beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Our photos on our wedding day were gorgeous. We have so many to choose from for our wedding album. My husband and I over all were very pleased with our experience with Glamour me Studios. We are still awaiting our wedding video and album which I know they will do a great job on. I would definitely recommend Glamour me studio to couples looking for a fun, family oriented, low stress, great cost and great quality photography and videography studio. I would definitely work with Glamour me Studio again in the future.

Why in the world would anyone post something like this on a site called pissed.com? Is this some kind of PR severance?

I'm not falling for it... Not one BIT!! John, from what I seen from previous posts, I agree that you're a "piece of work"... You're disgusting.

How could you treat your customers this way? How could you even sleep with yourself at night? I hope karma comes and rip you a new one. For you to take advantage of people on their special day and to show no type remorse & compassion...that's just terrible.

Some words of advice: REPENT!! and stop writing and/or having your people write false positive reviews because you know, we know and God knows they aren't true... Either work on becoming a better company or do us ALL a favor and SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPANY!

End all the stress and heart ache you caused many innocent people that didn't deserve it!

Worst business ever

To all those reading- please DO NOT sign with this company. Every negative review you've read about glamour me is absolutely true, every good review you've read was wrote by John, the owner himself. From the time you walk into glamour, it reeks of unprofessionalism. John is an alcoholic and has had public encounters in front of his customers and staff. He tries to get you to sign by showing you the outstanding grade his company received with the bbb. Do not fall for it. It was a nightmare using these people and what I suffered to get my pictures and videos. Spend the extra money and get a company that is reputable and honest.

I had the same problem with them in 2010. John is very unprofessional.

The photographer he sent me was very inexperience. He even had an extra watch which had a different time to charge me overtime. They're a bunch of crooks.

These people should be out of business. John is a Puerto Rican crook.

Everything that they do is very unprofessional- no matter if they had changed locations they still have the same set up, which leads to everything being a mess and unorganized! Please do not fall for their tricks!

Glamour me not

I don't understand how John and glamour me is still in business. This was the one single regret I had of my entire beautiful wedding. John is the most unprofessional "business owner" I have ever encountered. He is disrespectful to his wife, his customers and his employees. He hires underage kids to do his work for him and a little extra on the side as well, which is just pathetic. I hope his business gets exposed as a fraud and scam soon so that no more unsuspecting couples waste their time and money with these people. It's a shame, for something that is supposed to be a happy and create ever lasting memories.

Harrassed by unprofessional jerks

I had agreed to leave a deposit to lock in a price for pictures of my wedding that was supposed to take place in July 2011. Within a week of leaving the deposit I cancelled my wedding. I called John to tell him of my sad news. He understood and said I could use my deposit towards a photo shoot. And that I had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately as a single mom of 2 at the time I did not get the opportunity to take photos. I knew I would loose my deposit. I received an invoice in an email about a year later. After the date the wedding was supposed to take place. I wrote them back and called and explained my situation to the woman that answered the phone. She said John would call me back. Which he never did. I never heard from them until my ex's father and law called to tell me that a man was looking for me and gave me his number. A florida number. I returned their call and to find out he was threatening me with garnishing my wages and ruining my credit. I explained to him my situation and he preceeded to treat me like a criminal. I cant wait for them to take me to court and try to garnish my wages. I can not speak for their services as I was excited to work with them. But on top of having my heart broken I have to be reminded about a day that never came for me. They pretended to understand and no services were rendered. We never even used the "free getaways". If I have to go to court I will. As I notified them promptly of my situation and never even got married.

On June 20, 2006 I bought an air conditioning unit from Sears. A representative came to make the estimate and draw some numbers for me; I decided to buy the best for my house to avoid dealing with another problem in a short time and bought what it was suggested.

Unfortunately, this year my furnace died, a friend took a look at it and let me know that I probably needed to replace it or give it a very short life and replace a relay that burned.

Since my furnace is about 30 years old did not want to deal with short time fixes so I called Sears again. After 3 different SEARS sales person’s visit I was horrified to find out that I had been taking for a fool, that SEARS took advantage of a woman and sold a unit that not only was forced to work with a furnace that was not compatible but also that I had to replace both of the units at the same time to have 100% performance, not only that but also that the wiring was improperly done to “accommodate” the outside unit “I am sure” one of them said ”This will never pass inspection!!” All this findings came from 2 of SEARS sales people who did not know that they replaced the outside unit until the end of the visit.

I called other companies to give me their estimates and the results where almost the same. They were amazed of the terrible work done.

Am disappointed because I paid a high price for a unit that will not to work with the new systems and also for the money I spent in bills.

Now I need to replace both of the units and that is not acceptable! Customer solutions keeps pointing to the installation department and reversal...No solution so far.

Order Reference #3906XXXXX - On the date of August 15, 2012 @***.11:45 a.m.: I placed an order for an Ocean Air 44'' indoor fan via telephone; I dialed (562) 622 - ****.

At the time my order was placed, I was told the item was "in stock" and provided my credit/debit card information to "reserve" the item for pick-up. I provided all requested information, including my VISA debit card, and approved the charges.

However, once I checked my email for correspondence as instructed, I had received a cancellation email @ 12:16 p.m., stating the following: "Dear Customer, Unfortunately, your entire order 3906XXXXX is now out of stock at the store you selected. We've cancelled your order, and you won't be charged.

However, we can still get your order to you. Please scroll down this email to see your options. Thank you again for shopping with us, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Best regards,Imran Jooma, Senior Vice President, e-Commerce, Imran@***.sears.com".

I called the phone number (mentioned above) to resolve the matter, but was repeatedly disconnected during transfer. Due to my confusion, I went to the actual store @ Stonewood Center Mall in Downey, CA, to speak with someone in person. I was informed by Bob, the manager present, that "the item had been out of stock for several days, and the database/ inventory system must have not been updated correctly". I requested him to contact customer service in another attempt to clarify the issue of why am I being charged for an item that I did not receive.

Once he reached a representative, she did not seem concerned, but further complicated the matter by asking him why I came to the store if the order was cancelled.

I felt like I was being blamed for a mistake that I had nothing to do with. Clearly, the email I received above states that I "will not be charged"; however, I was charged the full amount of $75.03. Furthermore, I was told verbally that the credit to my account would happen immediately, due to cancellation.

None of this was true. After quite a frustrating ordeal, I left the store and was still on line with customer service (it was now 1:42 p.m.) attempting to verify how or when the credit would be taken care of.

I was told it would take effect immediately. Also during this time, I was offered to be transferred to the customer relations department in order to receive alternative options to receive the item, and a possible discount; The representative I was speaking with informed me that she would explain the situation to the relations representative, and then transfer me. This did not occur. I was blindly transferred to someone that told me "they would not be able to assist me, but can transfer me to someone who can".

By this time, I was in shock at the horrible customer service I had received and just the gentlemen to have a nice day. I was dumbfounded as to how such a series of mistakes could be made, and I was left to figure it out on my own. At 3:05 p.m. I decided once more to call customer service to verify the terms of my credit due of $75.03.

It was at this time that I explained the issue again, and was told I would receive that credit within 3 to 10 business days. I was offered to have the item shipped free of charge, but only if I re-charged my card for another $75.03. Overall, I spent almost 3 hours of my day on this, and am deeply dissatisfied. I have never in my life been put in such an unnecessary, messy, careless situation as this from trying to make a simple purchase.

In the future I will not shop at or anywhere near SEARS stores and I would hope that no one else on the planet has to encounter such incompetency and bad customer service. I will also make sure to share my experience with others in person and online so they can avoid the unbelievable stress I had to deal with, all while 7 months pregnant!!!!!

They better give me my credit or its going to be a problem.Promise that! 1cd9432

I paid this studio $4599.99 for 7 hrs video and 100 photos in an acrylic album and $300 engagement shots, with 3 DVD's with uncut videos.He send us to a park in Brooklyn which is 3 hrs away from my wedding hall I asked him for a recommendations trusting him.At the night of my wedding receptions the guys who where taking the videos and photo were ready to leave after 5 hrs. I had a fight with them and had to call the owner for Glamour me studios which is very unprofessional should not be a business man.Does not know how to talk to and treat customers.I had to pay for 2 extra hours of video and photos. Which I do not mine because the party was going so well and every one was enjoying themselves. When I finally got my photo albums he give 42 photos and said he thinks that is what we should get without asking us not fulfilling the contract, then no DVD's or engagement.When I called him so many times he behaves as if I am begging him for my album and videos I paid for. I paid him off on the day of my reception.He took me to court and sue me for the album that I already paid for. He wanted $1800 for the album never give me the 3DVD's with uncut videos and my engagement shots.This guy should be working for someone and not owning a company. we thought he was different because we never shop around he a very good lair.But the are all the same how does this company stay in business? If you are reading this you will have a hard time never will recommend and wish he goes out of business soon. Since I got married I had 4 other family member got married and had the same issue with the other *** companies the state has to do something about this I contacted the BBB and the FTC. I will go all the way to get my issue resolve. The judge advice me to file a law suit with I will I am going to all of necessary agency.I will contact the TV stations and I am working with one of the TV provider and checking to see if they can highlight this issue. Just ridiculous

Was called by Glamour Me Studio in January 2011, was offered a package at wholesale that as John said "I couldn't let pass by" that sold on my fiancé. Agreed to lock in the price, began with a payment plan but when I told John that my wedding was postponed then cancelled he said, that I would still owe 50% of my balance when my wedding was cancelled. Numerous attempts were made to his office recently and I would just get disconnected. Meanwhile, I continuously receive monthly statements from him now with late fees! I just don't understand. He has yet to answer any of my emails.
